Terms of Service
Effective Date: 5 September 2025
This website and all services are operated by Just Media Network (trading as SilverClass, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this site and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.
1) Overview
SilverClass provides online video-based learning content for Australians aged 50 and over. These Terms apply to all users of our website, including course customers, browsers, and subscribers. Our content is designed for general education and does not replace professional advice or services.
2) Account & Access
You do not need to create an account to purchase.
After purchase, you will receive a link or login credentials to access your courses.
Please keep this access private—purchased access is for personal, non-transferable use only.
3) Payments & Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We offer lifetime access to our library for a one-time payment unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or offerings in the future, but existing members will not lose access to content they’ve already paid for.
4) Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you’re not happy, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full—no questions asked.
5) Use of Content & Intellectual Property
All video lessons, downloads, and materials are owned by Just Media Network.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the materials for your own use.
You may not reproduce, share, sell, distribute, or adapt any course content without our prior written permission.
The SilverClass name, branding, and course materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our name or materials to promote your own services without prior approval.
6) Educational Nature of Content
Education, not advice. All content is general information only. It is not medical, financial, legal, or tax advice.
No relationship created. Your use of our content does not create a doctor–patient, adviser–client, or any other professional relationship with SilverClass or its presenters.
Personal responsibility. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use our information and for any decisions you make.
7) Health & Medical Information
SilverClass shares health and wellbeing information to help you learn and discuss options with qualified clinicians.
Not medical care. Our content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Do not rely for clinical decisions. Do not start, stop, or modify medications, therapies, or treatment plans based on our materials without first consulting a suitably qualified healthcare provider who understands your medical history and personal circumstances.
Talk to your doctor. Health decisions should be made with a qualified healthcare professional who can provide personalised advice.

No consideration of your circumstances. Our content does not take into account your objectives, financial situation, or needs. Before acting on any information, consider its appropriateness and seek advice from an Australian Financial Services (AFS) licensee or authorised representative.
Disclosure documents. Before acquiring any financial product, obtain and read the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and check the product’s Target Market Determination (TMD) to ensure it is appropriate for you.
Risks & performance. All investing involves risk. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
Tax. Any tax information is general in nature. Seek personal advice from a registered tax agent or qualified tax professional
9) Third-Party Tools & Links
We use secure third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics) to process payments and improve your experience. By using our site, you agree to the terms of those services. We may link to third-party content for general information; we do not control or guarantee their accuracy, legality, or availability.
10) Your Responsibilities
Verify with professionals. Always seek personalised advice from qualified professionals (e.g., doctors, financial advisers, accountants, lawyers) before taking action.
Use judgment. Do not rely on our content as the sole basis for significant health, financial, or legal decisions.
Keep details secure. Keep your access links/credentials private and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
11) Limitation of Liability
We do our best to provide accurate, up-to-date, and helpful content. However, we make no guarantees about outcomes or results from using our courses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverClass (and our presenters, employees, and partners) are not liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from your use of, or reliance on, our site or materials, including (without limitation) indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss due to errors, omissions, or delays.
